I think I'd do it for the Raptors if only because it saves $11M on the cap and gives them room to add at the deadline. Essentially you've got Siakam going to Portland, McCollum to the Sixers and Simmons to the Raptors with Portland greasing the wheels with their 2024 pick. Then Dragic and a Raptor 1st for Curry. I don't think Philadelphia would do that part. Money works either way, but is pretty even across the board if you do just the first part, and pretty much an advantage to the Raptors for the second part. Added benefit would be that Curry's contract would be much easier to trade than Dragic's is now. The more I think about it the more I like it.
