Mavs get: Nikola Vucevic
Bulls get: Davis Bertans, JaVale McGee and a 2025 1st round pick (top 4 protected)

Mavs get an upgrade in the front court in Vucevic who's passing and shooting could form a good partnership with Doncic. Also get rid of 2 unpalatable contracts for an expiring (they will probably want assurances Vuc re-signed as they give up a 1st but it still offers flexibility)

Bulls do this to start a hard rebuild. Vucevic is an expiring and looks likely to sign elsewhere in the summer so gaining a first round pick for him is a bonus. Bulls could push for an extra second round pick or a young player such as Jaden Hardy as more compensation for taking on bad contracts.

It’s no guarantee he will stayed

Yeah Bulls made huge mistake by given up Wendell Carter Jr & two first round picks that turn into Franz Wagner for Nikola Vucevic

Franz Wagner looking like potential all star in years to come

Wendell Carter Jr looking like potential Ben Wallace with jumpshot

The only way Chicago get young players & picks by trading Zach LaVine & DeMar DeRozan

Just blow the whole thing up
