Raptors would want at least one unprotected first, probably 2. Hart is of little interest and basically just salary fodder (Raps could replace his salary with the midlevel if they release him) and Sharpe counts as a 1st, but Toronto has already turned down 3 1sts for him. They will get something better than this offer if they decide to trade OG.

I wouldn’t give up Sharpe for OG. I don’t think OG is the level of player that you give up your best prospect for. He doesn’t make Portland that much better.

The third or fourth best player on one of the worst teams in the league, who then is probably the fourth best player in Portland isn’t pushing Portland into the top 4 of the west. The (maybe? ) best defender on a bottom 10 defense isn’t pushing Portland into having a good defense.

masaidisciple: Sharpe is worth more than any single first from a good team. Portland wouldn’t trade him for 2 Memphis firsts.

If we’re talking about Siakam? He’s the guy on the raptors I’d trade Sharpe (plus obviously a bunch more) to get.
