The Magic might be far enough under the cap to be able to sign FVV without having to give up assets.

Don't know why Orlando would give up the 11 pick when they could sign him into space, if he wanted to be there. That's the most doubtful part. Don't see Fred wanting to go anywhere that isn't ready to compete right now (and no, Orlando is not there yet)
If you believe the "insiders" the Raptors have already turned down 3 1sts for OG, and there's no reason for them to take less now.
More likely targets for anyone wanting to deal with the Raptors would be Trent in a sign and trade, or Siakam.

Would be terrible to move #11 for Fred. Maybe can get better deal for OG. Jones won't unlock things for them.
