Cavaliers receive: Tari Eason and Ryan Dunn
Rockets receive: Kevin Durant and Grayson Allen
Suns receive: Fred VanVleet, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith, Jaylon Tyson and '31 unprotected first via Cavs

Why?
Cleveland needs some size at the wing. Eason and Dunn are great prospects.
Houston goes for a superstar at it doesn't really cost them that much.
Phoenix turns Durant into VanVleet and younger players with star potential and a first.

After this transaction, Cavs dump Jerome. They either waive him or dump him on another team.

Suns aren’t sending kd to to the rockets without getting their 2 1sts back that the rockets acquired from the nets in the original KD trade. There’s no incentive for the suns to start rebuilding without them.
