Cavs get: Patrick Williams and Dalen Terry
Bulls get: Simone Fontecchio, Georges Niang and 2 2nds ('25 Bucks, '27 Nuggets) .
Pistons get: Max Strus

Why?
I feel like this trade benefits all sides. Cavs need size at the wing, they address that in this trade.

Chicago dumps Patrick Williams, who just signed a pretty juicy 5-year contract. They also get some good role players and a couple 2nd rounders, and finally, they save some money.

Detroit adds a veteran shooter who played for Bickerstaff.

You could swap Strus for LeVert, but I honestly think LeVert is far more important than Strus. Also, LeVert played for Atkinson when he was in Brooklyn, there is some familiarity there.

Detroit is already overloaded with wings. Simone fits the rotation better.
