Charlotte can not afford to send future picks for a guy who can walk. As a Kings fan, I get trying to make the playoffs dream, but I think they would do better just staying pat for the rest of the season. Draft a shooter to pair with Ball and Hayward and sign a big like Drummond to fill the void of Zeller and Biyombo leaving.

Guys only my opinion, give me a feedback. I don't think Ingram & Zion fits together very well. I think Pelicans should consider trading Ingram for a PG or SF who can both play d and shoot better.

Giannis should sign an extension and stay with the Bucks. They are just right there always ready to compete. He should follow Dirk Nowitzki's Dallas tenure and cement his legacy with one sweet championship (even more for him).

Are the Raptors a top 4 team in the east? Can they hang with this new and improved eastern conference?

Look how the east went this offseason

Nets: KD & Kyrie coming back. If throughout the year they stay healthy, even at 80% of what they were, I believe they are definitely a top4 team

Bucks: Always right there as long as Giannis is in town. I can't say if they really improved from last year but definitely Holiday gives them some more kick than Bledsoe

Sixers: The dysfunction slightly improved. They add shooters and Simmons/Embiid will benefit from this. Not sure but they are right there

Heat: They are the defending eastern champs, hard to took them out of the conversation. They essentially kept their core

Celtics: Teague and Thompson could be an underrated signings. Those two gives them more experience on that roster

Pacers and Hawks are also right there. Raptors still have their trio of Lowry-VanVleet-Siakam but i'm a little concerned about their supporting cast with the departure of their veteran bigs.

raptors still have parts to make another move, and some dollars left to spend if the right deal comes along, but this year was always going to take a back seat to free agency next year.
they've probably fallen out of the top four right now but are well positioned for the future.
don't be surprised to see them package powell, johnson and davis for a worthwhile piece on an expiring contract, but ultimately the development of OG and Boucher will be the most important factors for this season.

The East is going to be really competitive. It should be fun.
