So here's a three team trade
MIN/OKC/CLE
Minnesota gets Jr Smith
Cleveland gets Steven Adams, Andrew Wiggins, T-Wolves 2023 first, OKC 2024
OKC get Kevin love
This works out perfectly for the wolves to get rid of the terrible Andrew Wiggins contract and have an expiring deal on JR. Cleveland gets a solid Center in Adams and two first round picks. OKC get the third player to pair with Westbrook and George and the Chemistry could be really good with love and Westbrook going to college together

And this gets Cleveland under the luxury cap how exactly? Why would the Cavs be willing to pay the luxury tax (again) when this still will not be a playoff team? For a couple of 1sts in the distant future? Just stop.

Although James Johnson has a big contract Josh Richardson is the kind of 3 point shooter the wolves need

Why do the heat do this? Even if they could just give up two of there bad contracts, I don’t think it’s worth it for a first. When you throw in Richardson, it’s awful for them.
