As much as I would love to see that Lakers deal happen, I just don't think that Detroit and Utah will be motivated to make LA a contender for only a 1st each. It would be awesome for the league, but I think it's a bit too optimistic.
Also, not a fan of the Nuggets trade. I don't think Crowder can save their defense, and this deal only gives them less depth behind Jokic.
Other than that, these are all well thought out and fairly realistic. Well done OP.

Not sure how many of these proposals satisfy trade and salary rules, but it's clear some of them don't, so I doubt any of them have been tested on the trade machine.

For Toronto that's a very generous offer for OG if the Raptors were thinking of a rebuild. They're not. Anunoby is too important to the core already built, and won't be traded unless a blow it up decision is made.

Sacramento would consider this because Barnes is a free agent after the season and he’s averaging his lowest PPG in his five seasons in Sacramento this season. Think a situation like the Niko Mirotic trade in 2019 where the Bucks essentially traded four second round picks for half a season of him. As for the claim the Lakers need Lonnie Walker’s scoring more than they’d need Jae Crowder, that’s fair it’s just I believe a true 3 and D presence would give them another dimension. As for the three guys I listed after words in Washington, Hachimura, & Reddish, it’s important to note that Walker will be an unrestricted free agent with no bird rights this summer & the other three guys will be restricted free agents with bird rights. Those three provide better upside than Lonnie in my opinion.

No, if they trade Mitchell they would only have 3 so maybe someone like Highsmith would go to OKC as well, and then for the remaining 6 players you waive Jared Butler in favor of Gabe Vincent and get buyouts for both Patrick Beverley & Rudy Gay so they can sign with contenders. You’re then stuck with a full depth chart of the following.
