MIN - NOLA

Draft day

MIN gets Jrue Holiday

NOLA gets James Johnson, Josh Okogie & 2020 1st round pick (projected no. 3 so far)

Just an idea if MIN wants to compete now with DLo and Towns, they need players who can really help. Jrue adds defense that will compliment Russell and Towns and if they can strike a deal that can bring them Harrell (maybe too expensive for them) or alike, they can put up a good fight in the West

Russell
Holiday
Beasley or Culver
Harrell
Towns

This is the 5 i just don't have a lot of idea about their cap. Any alternative for Harrell?

I don’t see them point of giving up Holiday for next to nothing.

2.) 31 May 2020 15:13:51
A top 3 pick is “next to nothing”?

3.) 31 May 2020 16:26:44
They don't have any cap space unlesz harrell is signing for the mid-level exception.

Nice trade.

2.) 31 May 2020 11:36:01
Slight variation

Orlando gets wiggins + GSW 2020 first

GSW get Turner, Aminu + Orl 2020 and 2022 firsts.

Indy get Gordon.

3.) 31 May 2020 12:34:22
I like that one too Fredman.

4.) 31 May 2020 18:31:33
I don't see why GSW would do this. if anything they should trade green not Wiggins.

Ovrerpay for a 1yr rental in Oladipo. Derozen and a lottery protected first?

2.) 31 May 2020 12:35:39
Fredman, if Oladipo agrees to an extension what could make this trade work?

3.) 31 May 2020 16:31:15
Doubt anything will make it work. Spurs are not a team known for making trades. Especially giving up picks as well.

4.) 01 Jun 2020 05:36:03
Spurs need a rebuild. I am scared they won’t blow up roster until pop is gone.

GS - TOR

GS get Serge Ibaka (s&t) 3yr/60mil that will go 23, 20, 17 with player option on 3rd yr
- then use trade exception of Iggy to find bench depth
- draft Edwards

Curry
Klay
Edwards
Green
Ibaka

TOR get Andrew Wiggins, MIN 1st round pick 2021 & GS 2022 1st round pick
- take Wiggins to get 2 assets, Wiggins Has a chance to improve playing for his hometown team

Lowry
VanVleet
Wiggins
Siakam
Gasol (resign)

Libraman

1.) 11 May 2020 12:03:36
Sorry, Wiggins's contract doesn't fit in with our plan, which is to sign Giannis in '21.

2.) 11 May 2020 15:33:23
Darry, Toronto would take those picks and run.

3.) 12 May 2020 00:18:43
GS '22 pick is so weak. MIN going to have russell and towns so their pick won't be as good.

4.) 12 May 2020 11:14:16
Russell and Towns only will be a lottery team in the West.

I bet this ain't happening but i want to see CP3 back in New Orleans and play as the lead to these young talented team:

NOP - NY - OKC

NOP get Chris Paul, 2021 NY 1st, 2021 OKC 1st, HOU 1st from OKC, 2023 DAL 1st from NY
- 4 1st round picks is what they get for swapping Holiday for Paul in this scenario

Paul/Ball
Redick/Hart/NAW
Ingram/Miller
Williamson/Melli/Draft pick
Favors (resign)/Hayes
- they can flip Lonzo Ball for shooters or big man if they want or he can start with Paul but Paul might need to play off the ball if that happens

NY get Jrue Holiday
- get someone to build around

Ntilikina
Holiday
Barrett
Pick
Robinson

OKC get Dennis Smith Jr, Julius Randle & 2nd round pick NOP & NYK
Get out of Paul's deal

Schroeder
Shai
Dort
Randle
Adams

Libraman

1.) 11 May 2020 07:07:44
Why would Pelicana do this.

2.) 11 May 2020 15:06:34
Why would okc do this is my opinion?
If i was NOP i would do this. although they have to pay 2 yrs big salary to Paul, They get 4 (! ) first round picks in return, of which the 2021 picks could be high in a strong draft!

3.) 15 May 2020 04:16:45
No way in hell is okc giving up picks to get off paul he has played good enough and is still a really good player they won’t have to give up picks and can still get something decent in return.

With Green’s versatility he can probably work with anyone.

Nets say hell no. 3 guys who are cheaper and can produce as much as Harris is an overpay.
