This seems quite a lot from NYK. I've heard they're really high on Toppin.

This seems like a weird fit for both teams. Not sure if he Knicks should block Robinson’s development and the fit with Randle is weird. Plus, Vuc isn’t really on their timeline.

For Orlando, Toppin and the pick are the only value here. But Toppin plays the same position as Gordon, Isaac, Aminu, and Okeke? Just doesn’t seem to make a ton of sense for either team. Value seems about right, but fit doesn’t seem great?

Umm. Anthony Davis is a free agent and you can’t sign and trade while adding other players in addition. That would be enough of a reason for the first trade not to happen but the return is not enough for AD, therefore making the trade even more unrealistic.
I do have to admit that the Dame-AD-Nurkic trio would be pretty nice.

If AD decided to leave and said he wanted to go to Portland, the Lakers would probably take a straight AD for McCollum swap. It’s better than losing him for nothing.

This trade increases the win shares of both teams.
Lakers: Robert Covington, Jeff Teague
Timberwolves: Kuzma, Caldwell-Pope, and Quinn Cook.
Lakers add tough defense and an upgrade at the point guard position. Timberwolves gain an incredible young core in Wiggins, KAT, Kuzma, Cook, and open up cap space to resign players.

Not a trade rumor just simply an opinion. Jayson Tatum is the most overrated player in the NBA right now. He is expected to come up huge in the big moments but plays ISO and puts up quick shots with no movement or penetration. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player but he will never be the #1 overall player on a championship team. Think of a mixture between ball-dominant Carmelo and Playoff P (Non-clutch Paul George)= Tatum

He’s like 22 and has been the best player on an ECFs teams twice and both times his team was competitive. He averaged 25, 10, 5, 1 and 1 in the playoffs this year. You’re overreacting. Dudes pretty good.

How many guys have been the #1 on a championship team in the league right now? 3? Lebron, Steph, Kawhi. Maybe Durant, but I’m not counting him, cause that was steph’s team.

And yeah, two conference finals by 22 as the best player on his team is really impressive. No embarrassment in losing to a more mature player in Butler.

I said the same thing about Giannis last week. We rush to condemn these guys as losers so fast. It’s insane. These guys are still incredibly young.

To say that he is the "most overrated" is a little harsh. He's still in the learning process and not many 22/ 23 yrs old can lead his team to conference finals. Lmao.
