Magic: Send Fults, Isaac, 8th pick
Thunder: Send Horford, 18 & 34 Picks, Phx 2022 pick and Minn 2nd rd pick in 2024

Doesn’t make sense for the Magic at all.
Maybe Pick 8 for Horford, Pick 4, Pick 34 is a bit more reasonable. It’s not going to be cheap to get off the Horford contract.

2.) 05 Jun 2021 14:58:01
Magic say hell no! I’m Magic fan so noooo!

3.) 05 Jun 2021 16:09:35
As with many NBA trades, contracts can take a priority over talent. magic send over 100 million in contracts and get in return 41-55 million, depending on Horford's 22-23 option. Only Jerry Colangelo likes Fultz, as he traded, Tatum and Nesmith for him.

4.) 05 Jun 2021 17:10:33
I don’t think you’re far off at all. Maybe a bit more for Orl but overall good trade.

5.) 06 Jun 2021 00:50:24
This is horrible for Orlando. They're giving up the better players AND the better pick too. Horford is a negative contract.

6.) 07 Jun 2021 11:28:22
@trod they obviously signed those players to be part of their future. I’d much rather have Fultz at 17 and Isaac at 17 than a useless nothing of Horford. They have the cap to build through their young players.

So Orlando trades the best player in this deal and the higher draft pick for lower picks and an aging Horford who doesn't fit their timeline? Hard pass by Orlando.

Isaac is the future of the franchise, he is not going anywhere.

Trade: 76ers & Rockets:

76ers: Harris, Ferguson, Maxey, 21 & 23 1sts and 24 & 26 2nds....Maxey and Ferguson could be replaced by Milton and Scott or any combo..

Rockets: Harden

Rockets say hell no! I want Ben Simmons! + three first round picks.

2.) 16 Dec 2020 13:44:09
That's a lot lower than the Rockets asking price of Simmons and 3 1sts.

3.) 16 Dec 2020 14:00:06
The Rockets can ask for whatever they want but the toxic culture in Houston and JH's demand is most likely going to force Houston to trade JH for less value. besides, the 76ers are not trading Simmons. time to get the best value. delaying may hurt JH's trade maket.

4.) 16 Dec 2020 14:07:44
Well Miami Heat or other teams will offer Rockets better package than Sixers craps!

5.) 16 Dec 2020 14:39:37
Like what? Mia is not offering Hero, BAM or Butler and have no picks.
Bucks went all in on Holiday and also have no picks.
Nets and not offering their youngsters and picks for JH.
JH is owed 130m over the next 3 years, turned down and may leave in two years. A top 10 player for sure but a ball dominant player.

6.) 16 Dec 2020 15:04:37
His value won't be hurt with the demand because they have him for two years. They can sit and wait for the best offers and let teams get desperate, especially now that the 2021 Free agent class isn't super loaded. The heat could easily offer a better package.

7.) 16 Dec 2020 16:37:47
Dont be surprised if some team like Atlanta or New Orleans comes up with a better offer.

I just think teams are waiting to see what they currently have before making any serious offers for Harden.

Agreed -the market for Harden is not as strong as many may believe. Volume shooter who needs the offense built entirely around his skill set. not many stars on contending teams want to make that sacrifice. Houston has claimed that it would take a young "franchise" player and multiple picks to obtain Harden. Is not that what most organizations want - young franchise player to build around - Harden may not fit that description.

I don't believe the 76ers are looking to trade Simmons for Harden: Simmons is 3rd team all pro, 1st team all defensive, younger, longer, a less expensive annual salary and signed for more years than Harden. don't see it.

IF VO and AI leave after next season, then you traded JH for Robinson.
