First off, which teams picks are these? OKC, Denver, Miami, Houston or Clippers?
Also, Herro was a lottery pick. So he is probably more valuable than any lottery protected pick.
So Miami is going to want another 1st rounder or swap out Herro with Okpala or Jones, Jr. to do this deal.

Probably true about Presti paying, but I think his hands get tied once Paul starts yelling at all the youngsters Presti will be bringing in over the next couple of years.
