If Anthony Davis decides to leave the lakers for his reasons, the Knicks will be a option as they were one of the teams he requested to be traded to when he was on the pelicans. If he wants to sign then the Knicks need to trade randle as teemates like Barrett and more don't like the habit of him bringing the ball up the court

Resign Tim Hardaway jr to something like 15 million a year. The mavs and Hardaway have mutual interest in a extension from what I've read so sorry to those below I see trying to make huge 4 way trades involving him lol. I say 15 million cause he is just a really good scorer and it sheds a couple mil from his current contract
Mavs seem in the need of a big man so y not try to get Tristan Thompson with the mid level exception since I don't think he'll stay in Cleveland and he is from Texas if I'm not wrong. I say mid level Cause teams with cap are teams in rebuild mode

Everybody can do that. But Mavs have the MLE in use for Curry, since you need to have more creativity to make good things happen.
I like THJ and they way he has improved. But Harris would be more capable to spend cruisal moments of defense what they need in crunchtime.
Thompson is in his final years as a startet and he may bring to much glamour to Dallas.
Mavs tried to trade and extend for Harrell for a first pick, sinch Clippers can only offer 11m for him next season. But I think Harrell exects a max deal.
So to go after Carter Jr. is the right way, since you get info from Chicago that things do not fit for him and the team, since he is more a PF and not a Center only. But he is not a all time outside scrorer nor a very fast athlet to play like Griffin. But beside KPorzee he may improve.
Drummond may fit well in CHI with Markkanen and Porter in the frontcourt, in addition WCS could make a try in CHI. Mavs could also offer Brunson for Dunn and a 1st to convince CHI.
And a simple exchange of Harris and Hardaway woule probably also fit for both parties, DEN gets a scoring win that can defend. DAL gets a wing defender that can score. May be a prefect bit here and there.

Orlando doesn't have the cap space to take on DSJ unless Fournier opts out of $17 mil for next year.

MLE is for signing not trading.
Since Orlando is currently in the luxury tax, they are stuck at the 125% of their outgoing salary. Since DSJ is currently at $4.5 mil, Orlando has to send around $3.3 mil in salary back to the Knicks.
Next season, Orlando is under the tax, but over the salary cap. This puts Orlando in the 175% of outgoing salary category. Since DSJ makes $5.7 next year, Orlando will have to send around $4.3 mil on salary.
Now if Fournier opts out of his $17 mil option next year, then Orlando will have the cap space to take on all of DSJ's salary.

Mild? Lavine is a really good scorer given the chance. Remember he had a game where he tied the 3 point record in a game which is 14 I believe. The reason why I made this cause at the deadline I read by numerous credible articles the nuggets tried to trade for him and holiday. I think holiday is going to stay a pelican longer than people think.

The thing about trading is that you have to give up something to get something. Their only shot is to have a team give up on a star and forced to trade his for less than his value. But that is also a problem of matching salaries.
Losing Millsap with Murray's extension kicking in also ties their hands somewhat.
