Great game by OKC this was a trial and now we know what need to fix.
Low post defense. Adams preformed poorley tonight on defense I thought Kanter did better shutting down passes and cuts. (Make him a starter)
Perimeter D was good but adding a guy like Courtney lee or Avery Bradley is what we need
Trade Agustin Mcgary and a 2017 1st pick for Alec Burks (isn't enough but atleast try and see if utah is willing)

As been saying, o'quinn or james johnson to improve interior D in 2nd unit and play along kanter (mcgary+morrow+2nd should do it i think)

They are looking for 2 way player, but probably don't have assets for one (unless they give up someone important from rotation) .
IMO they should put Waiters in 1st unit, he is decent on D, and can still improve, on offense he should learn to play off the ball, and has already shown signs of improvement there, along KD and Westbrook he can be only better.
Add some D under the rims in 2nd unit, and you have quite decent squad with Payne-Robinson-Singler-O'Quinn (let's say) - Kanter (even shortening it for playoffs, and they have possibly the best 1st unit)
