I’m not excited about Wiggins for Okc, but he and Covington fit Okc’s timeline. The draft pick will probably have to be swapped for the Denver 2020 1sr Rnd pick. Okc doesn’t have control of their 2021 1st Rnd pick and since they will be in “rebuild” mode, I don’t think they would offer it up without high protections.
All this is assuming Kat thinks he can play with CP3 and that Atlanta wants to swap a highly efficient shooting guard for one that can only play defense.

(Okc’s 2020 1st Rnd has already been given to Philadelphia and they can’t give trade, back to back 1sts)

I think the value is in the ballpark for MIN, but I am pretty confident they would not do a deal based around Chris Paul for Andrew Wiggins,

After the Jimmy Butler debacle, MIN is redoubling it’s efforts to build around Towns, and make it his team. This off-season, we saw them try to get his friend DeAngelo Russell, and they didn’t bring any of their older players back (Taj, Luol Deng, Bayless, Tyus, Derrick Rose) and traded Saric to move up in the draft. They replaced those vets other upside young players, Chris Paul is an awful fit, not just because of the age, but because the Wolves wouldn’t want to risk KAT with another alpha personality. Wiggins has been awful, but he’s KAT’s age and he likes Wiggins - at worst he’s not destructive to the locker room.

I think Gersson Rosas came in to develop young players, and MIN will be worse next year by design. That’s fine too - MIN was shallow and I don’t think they will make any win-now moves, particularly for, CP3.

Maybe if Okc doesn't give up a pick actually I think they would have to get a 1st.
