Toronto is missing a wing scorer since Leonard is gone. Denver have Harris and Barton on shooting guard and may not have 15m a year to extend Beasley. Detroit may not invest a MAX (32++) in Drummond since they have Griffin and Maker. So Mavs should offer:
Toronto:
- Hardaway
- 2nd pick Mavs
Detoit:
- Ibaka
- 1nd pick Mavs
Dallas:
- Drummond (extend him 4y 140m)
- Beasley (extend him 4y 80m)
Denver:
- Jackson
- 2nd pick Mavs
Toronto get a 20ppg shooter, Denver get a backup for SF, Detroit get a good defender that can strech and share the floor with Griffin. Mavs are all in but get a strong guy in the paint a a promissing and athletic 3 & D player that can also attack the rim. With Wright, Beasley, Doncic, Porzee, Drummond and 6th man Curry they may become good again. : )

That first from Dallas will be conveyed in over 5 years from now? Yikes!

It is a asset. The 1st is first of all a asset! You can use it in a trade as well not only on the draft night.

Why would Denver do this? This is awful for them.
I don’t think Detroit would have much interest either. They’re probably buyers rather than sellers.
