Johnson, Kelly o and waiters plus herro to the Cavs for expiring contracts. That way heat can build through the free agency. Cavs got tons of cap and can afford to take on money for herro.

Outside of Anthony Davis, who will be a UFA that's worth chasing after next off season? Teague? There is no rush to get expiring deals especially when Johnson and Olynk will be off the books when the next "major" batch of free agents become available. better to keep Herro and continue to draft well.
