Phoenix is not going to make the playoffs and Booker is going to be unhappy, so Phoenix starts rebuilding around Ayton.

Minny gambles that CP3 can upgrades Wiggins value and they can start over with all those draft picks.

Houston still owns its 2020 pick, so not sure how its included.

Minny gets robbed as RoCo and KAT are worth those picks, where are the picks for Paul's horrible contract.

Considering how late those 4 firsts are, I don’t think they alone get KAT. Let alone Covington. And add in taking Paul. Seems way off.

To be fair, kind of hard to predict where 2026 picks will be.

Of every team in the entire NBA, Houston is one of the last I’d expect to ever tank. It’s just not their way. They mortgage their future to stay competitive on a consistent basis. I’d expect Houston’s picks to be late lottery at the very best.

Also Miami is a team that never tanks, but still there's a big chance those 2024 and 2026 Houston picks falls in the lottery.

Westbrook will be 36 in 24 and 38 in 26
J Harden will be 35 in 24 and 37 in 26
And the Harden-Westbrook experiment could fail.

For the MIN-OKC half of the trade, OKC got about this package for trading Westbrook.

Westbrook.

Plus Gaspo left out the injury bug that often hits older players.

23 Sep 2019 16:09:56
Considering overall trade value, KAT>Westbrook. And I don't think it's very close.

23 Sep 2019 18:34:05
The picks could fall into the lottery, sure. But if I’m putting value on those picks, it’s reduced due to history of how teams are run.

I feel like bringing up Miami is making my point. There was a Miami pick floating around (Maybe it still is? ) that people valued really high. I didn’t think so because Pat Riley won’t full on tank. Look at that team now, they’re going to be a playoff team most likely.
