A Gordon is a good fit in that team.

Dinwidie is a great player, but they don't need him in Brooklyn and they can use him in Orlando, to lead that core and play defense.

So as tbe GM or owner of the Nets, you want the teams reputation to be that they have no loyalty to their players. They only get players for their All-Star friends and then dump the player once their friends are signed to longterm deals. I think you have an "ends justify the means" petspective that makes it hard for the players to trust the FO. And we saw in the Lakers how that plays out.
