I think Wall, Chris Paul, Kevin Love and even Wiggins trades are all doomed to fail.

All of them are bad deals, but none of these teams are win-now, and unlikely to include the picks it would take to get off their money.

No way Thunder do that. They give up a 1st and Gallinari and have to take Wall. I know they get rid of Paul, but Walls contract is just as bad or worse than Paul's.

Shrink: The only one I disagree with is Love. No matter what you think about him, he has value around the league, and Cleveland will get assets back for him when they inevitably trade him.

Love has value, but he doesn’t have $30 mil/ yr worth of value.

Add on the risk with his injury history, his age, and especially the length of the deal (4 years, $120), and I don’t think his contract has positive value.

Again, what you think and what every NBA insider/ writer says oppose each other. Every national writer I’ve seen thinks Cleveland will get positive value from trading him. Maybe he doesn’t deserve that kind of valuation, but that’s what is the case (until he gets hurt the first month of the season) .
