NYL let Ntilikina play to create value, since they need a starting caliber PG, Bridges is stack at Suns, Detroit cannot have Griffin and Drummond for MAX, Raptors need a wing and with Iguodala - y never know.
Adams would be the natural fit for Mavs, but Drummond is faster and may become something special at Dallas, especially since the Mavs would a young backcourt for less money the next years by Wright, Ntilikina, Doncic, Bridges, Hardaway and FinneyS.

1st problem, the KNICKS already own Dallas 2023 1st rnd pick.
2nd problem, Dallas is rumored to be trading Lee and a 2nd for IGGY from MEMPHIS.

Don't see the 2nd as a problem. The Griz get Lee and a 2nd anyway. The Mavs get Andre freaking Drummond.

The 2023 1st that NYVK owns is top 10 protected. In this proposal it will become a unprotected pick, so in the new lottery and some luck it may become more valueable.
Raptors get a 2nd by Marjanovic as a good backup for Gasol and much needed help on the wing with expiring contracts, so it is already a really good trade form them.
