The Paul trade I keep coming back to is this

Mavs get Paul, Nader, Burton, Denver 1st

Okc gets Hayward, Jackson, Ojeleye

Celtics get Hardaway, Lee, 2 seconds via okc

Mavs get a big name and a floor spacer for Doncic. Okc gets under the luxury and Hayward fits better. Celtics can be bigger players in FA this summer and fee wing reinforcements.

How far off is value?

Why would Boston give up possibly its best player just for the possibility of having a few more dollars to chase someone in a weak free agent group seven months from now? If anything the Celtics are going to try to RE-SIGN Hayward when he's up.

Any Boston deals would have to be at the margins -- Ojeyele, Kanter, one of the kids.

I like the deal for OKC, though.
