Drummond doesn’t have great value, and he’s the antithesis to the system Rosas and Saunders want to run. And Dieng has been great.
This is not a very good offer for a player of KAT’s ability.

Minnesota doesn’t get any high end assets, has to take on Drummond who doesn’t make sense in a full rebuild and doesn’t have much value and doesn’t even get a pick this year. Wiggins probably has atleast neutral value right now, if not some positive value. This is awful for them
If the Knicks want KAT, atleast 2 of Barrett, this years 1st with no protection, and Robinson will have to be involved plus more.
