Magic give up too much for a 1 year rental, no way DeRozan stays. He wouldn't even opt in for a trade to Orlando.

Gordon’s contract and Bamba’s upside are enough straight up. No pick needed. Even if he opts in, Derozan could walk in a year.

Derozan will have a hard time finding big contract. There’s not a lot of teams who is willing to give it to him. I believe Magic is one of the few teams that will fit his style and if he turn down an extension from them then good luck.
