i think randle is being underrated here because of his defense. I remember he shines playing for the pels alongside davis (big who can stretch the floor). How about pairing him with porzingis in dallas?

Knicks get some shooting from their back court and center depth while dallas get 2 young players that may fit in with doncic and porzingis

He seems like he could be a good fit with Kristaps but he doesn’t fit with luka given that he can’t space the floor and he is way to ball dominant.

I don't think he is under valued. Remeber how long it took him to get signed when he was a free agent. Few teams wanted him and his time in NY has not altered that perception.

He just seems like the PF version of JR Smith (or Jamal Crawford) . Or a more athletic Enes Kanter. Or again, Whiteside.

If he’s playing on an MLE and is your 6th man, he’s a good player to have. If he’s one of your 3 best players, you likely aren’t very good.

And I’m concerned that his ego is like Whiteside, where he wouldn’t accept the fact that he isn’t a star.

Once again, Dallas doesn't want Randle. They need defense and 3 point shooting, Randle is useless. Dallas could have signed Randle 2 times in past years, and they've never did it.
