Simmons? Basically the trade is Simmons, Horford for Paul, Gallinari and 4 1sts. It was separated due to CBA rules i suppose. In my opinion, OKC is giving up too much picks.

I believe there’s stipulations in the CBA that prohibit stringing trades like this.
