I believe Minnesota would prefer a younger Hunter than Gordon. The best deal is what someone said here, 6th, Hunter and Huerter for 1st and Evans.

I agree with USA. This is a well-designed trade, but Gordon’s struggles with three point shooting, and his failure to improve over the last four years make me inclined to think they’d prefer to roll the dice with Hunter.
I like ATL as a trade target, and they could get a lot of marketing if the headline on draft night is, “Edwards picked first, traded to Hawks. Local Kid Makes Dreams Come True. â€.

I agree with usa. I’m not that high on Gordon as many. He’s been playing moderately good basketball ball long enough to assume he’s only moderately good.

Gordon hasn't improved his game in four years. I don't see many teams vying to trade for an average player.

I didn’t even notice the mention of the 2021 OKC pick in my first reading. MN would definitely take Hunter, the 2021 OKC pick while keeping pick 33 and the Johnson expiring.
