It absolutely will not take 1 more first to get the deal done. I think people here massively overestimate Buddy Hield’s value. He is the 6th man on the kings. He’s a good shooter that is awful defensively that makes a bunch of money. He contributes about the same as Luke Kennard who makes 6 mill vs 24 mil and I think it would take a second round pick and a role player to get Kennard. If your point is dumping Horfords contract, there is no way the sixers are giving up 3 firsts and Thybulle just to do so, that is way to much to get rid of a player

there is always my team hornets to dump horford. thybulle and a first is enough or 2 first if sixers want to keep thybulle. sixers don't even need to take back salary. they all have to do attach 2 first to horford and send him to north carolina.

This is why Horford won’t be traded unless it’s for another really bad contract. Phili wouldn’t consider a salary dump, that would be idiotic for a contender. You don’t give away contributors just because they’re overpaid.

And his negative value is too much to overcome to land any decent player like Hield without feeling like you’re getting totally screwed in the trade.
