Again, your short sighted comments aren’t the way GMs (especially Ainge) generally work. You don’t just cut bait at absolute lowest value point. Trading him for close to nothing is a bad move. Why not just keep him and assume he’ll turn it around?

I would go for caprelief if i were Boston, they have young talents and Kemba is taking playing time, they can use to develop those young assets.

i understand it seems like a ringring trade, K Walker is still a borderline all star, but i don't see other teams give starplayers or draft picks in return. T Hardaway and Johnson are two good second unit players, maybe Dallas can trow in a higly protected future pick or a swap option.

The Celtics can't afford to just dump a max contract like Walker. You can't keep losing top star talent without getting another star. 3 years in a row they lost Irving, Horford and Hayward. It's too hard to replace them since they are over the cap and the lottery picks are all gone.

Gas I agree with ya. Hardaway averaging 17 and shooting 40 percent that’s good off the bench or I’m trading Walker for a big man. Walker just got to go since Boston is Tatum team and he not producing.

How is trading two expiring contracts who can contribute 15 a night for all star averaging 15 points with no signs getting better. Especially when Boston is tryna win a ring. I just wouldn’t trust him.

dallas doesn't want kemba because they have arguably the best playmaker in the league in doncic. do we really want to turn kemba into a spot up player? doesn't have the same value to them because they don't need him to do what he's best at. creating off the bounce. whether he's healthy or not.
