On a stand alone basis, Westbrook is indeed an upgrade over Kemba. However, if you take into consideration personnel, coaching style and system, Westbrook is a terrible fit in Boston. The already poor and fragile chemistry would be completely destroyed if you put a Westbrook in place of a Kemba.

Not if Russ becomes the facilitator for Brown and Tatum. He can be the leader that the Celtics are sorely missing. He could be what Harden is to NJ or what Butler is to Miami.
It could be the only way Russ has a c5at winning a championship.
