Nice on paper for Boston . But!

Boston will NOT send a 1st round pick to Cleveland for Drummond if he won't commit to Boston long term.

The TPE can NOT be used in any trade that involves an NBA player going out from the C's. Salary can not be sent back. You can send a draft pick, but no salaries.
