Granted a few picks might need to be exchanged to smooth out the value, here's an overly thought out ESPN Trade machine approved one so the money is at least close.
Bucks/Hornets/Kings/Warriors
Bucks get: Rozier, R. Holmes & D. Graham
Hornets get: Barnes (and low value pick or two)
Kings get: Oubre, DJ Augustin, DJ Wilson, & Donte Divencenzo
Warriors get: Lopez & Daquan Jefferies

Kings would probably pass because "low value pick or two" sounds like second rounders which the Kings already have a plethora of and don't really need (or value) having more.

Fred the Kings aren't getting the low value picks, the Hornets are.
I like it for the Kings, they get younger and better fits.

yea, kings definitely not doing that.
Barnes, Holmes (expiring) + Jefferies (expiring) > Oubre (expiring), DJ Augustin (expiring), DJ Wilson (RFA), and Donte Divencenzo.

Oubre + Augstin is probably Barnes's value imo. He's old and has multiple years left.
DiVin > Holmes
Wilson > Jefferies.

I’d definitely rather take Oubre over Barnes. Age and fits better timeline of the team. DDV can be flipped for a center (Bamba + 2nd? )

Oubre on his second year of a contract so they can Early Brid sign him up to ~26M per year over the hard cap. I'd think that is way more than he'd get elsewhere and can essentially replace the salary Barnes is currently getting but a guy that fits better and is 4 years younger.
Plus throw in assets of DDV on a cheap deal for another year and a trade chip to match salaries down the line in DJA (not expiring) . I'd just assume DJW would be allowed to walk in FA barring a great second half.
