Miami has the ability to create about 28M in space under the cap, which is not likely enough to sign John Collins and Zach Collins. But to even get there they must renounce all their free agents (Robinson, Nunn, Dedmon, Ariza, Oladipo) and decline the options on Dragic and Iggy.
And Darry's right. the 22 pick is already pledged in a pick swap with Houston, and the 21 and 23 picks are also already traded. Best case, I beleive, is they could trade the worst of their own, Houston or Brooklyn's 1st at the draft, not in season.
