It wouldn’t be a S&T, it would be an opt in and trade like Chris Paul going to Houston. That would sidestep the hard cap. I could see the Clippers wanting 7 instead of 14 though.
The ibaka/ Oubre one would still hard cap, but that one can be ignored and removed.
