I won't say impossible, but it is unlikely. New Orleans is not near the top of Kyle Lowry's preferred places to play next year. Don't know if Toronto is among Ball's preferences either.
I guess if the market falls apart for Lowry there's a possibility but i don't think this gets done.

I’ve seen it in a few places, and just don’t get it for NO. Why would they pay Lowry that much and that long of a contract instead of just resigning Ball.
Ball would be a great pickup for Toronto though. I like them adding him a lot.
