Yea, you are off with the numbers. Kings do not have the cap space to take on the $10 mil salary difference between Hield and Simmons and is it not within 125% + 100K.

The same could be said of the $5.125 mil difference in the Kuzma-Bledsoe trade because the exception only allows for a $5 mil difference that the Lakers can take on.
