B/R had an interesting idea.

Tobias and McCollum swap them Simmons to Atlanta for Gallo, Huerter, and Reddish.

I'm interested but not sold. What do the people think?

I'm not sure Portland does that. As for the second trade, I like it for both sides. I think a couple firsts need to be added from Atlanta to make the value fair.

I’ve never liked the McCollum for Harris move for Portland. Harris and Covington is a weird fit, as neither seem like they can play full time SF anymore. It just swaps where the odd fit is from the guards to the forwards. And Harris doesn’t change the overall quality of the team in any way.

If McCollum were disgruntled and desperately wanted a fresh start? Sure. But he seems incredibly happy where he’s at.

I haven’t really watched Covington in a few years but when he was in philly he was way more affective as a 3 than a 4.

That's a really bad trade fit the hawks. Harris isn't that good.
