why do the thunder want thompson? building around mitchell and haliburton or fox and haliburton makes sense don't think grant's the answer though.

How is Mitchell more untouchable than Fox? They’re the same age and Fox is way better and has a way higher ceiling. Should continue to be building around Fox. Not trade Fox away Bc of Mitchell and push back being competitive another 5 years. Sac isn’t a FA destination so Fox contract shouldn’t be a big deal. If money is a problem ship out Hield/ Barnes.

Money not really the issue because Kings have to take back matching salary and Bagley will not be resigned.

Fans really love Mitchell's energy and effort which has been missing for years with this team. Fox is also off to a bad start because not getting calls in the paint while missing 3s and FTs.

It's not like we are saying "just get rid of Fox". But there are a couple of polls by fans saying that if they were forced to trade Fox or Mitchell, Foster would be the one going for an All-Star talent that won't sign here as a FA.

If you use your assets to surround Fox with more talent/ stars then he would definitely stay. He’s someone you can build around.

I have major questions about fox's jumper leadership and competitiveness. you'd also net more for him in a trade depends what you could get back but worth considering.
