Chicago needs some frontcourt help. Losing Brown, who hasn't played much, and a late first could be worth it.

Chicago has Portland’s 2022 first, so they could trade their own 2022 first.

Bmiller the Stepien rule applies to a team's own first round picks. The Bulls can't trade their 2022 first because that would be trading their own first in consecutive years, but they could trade Portland's first.
