Assuming the money works, this is actually very good. I think it has its merits for all 3 teams involved.

Portland's firsts are tied up in the protections given on the 2022 first going to Chicago.

Also, not sure how a Sabonis/ Nurkic pairing in Portland works.

Also, Indy only walks away with 2 firsts after trading Turner+Sabonis+LaVert?
