What risk? Westbrook and THT combine for zero to negative trade value, and their combined salaries are worse than the combined salaries of the incoming players. Gordon is the better player amongst the 4 and chances are that Wall proves to be the second best. If anything, the Rockets are taking the risk that THT becomes a valuable asset, which he currently is not (unless of course you’re talking to the LA media and/ or fans, in which case he’s a future All Star) .

the only direction Houston's needle is moving is getting young players with upside and draft picks.

Lakers trying to exile Russ i get it, but Lakers fans need to stop pushing bad trades on re-building teams. they simply do not have anything long term that is valuable right now to any team.

if Westbrook can't move the needle for the Lakers, how would he move it anywhere else? unless your goal is to set a record for turnovers in a single season.
