Pacers saves additional money, adds 2 assets for the future

Grizzlies get a more athletic center than can guard/switch onto perimeter players a lot better, won't be a liability in playoffs. McConnell replaces Jones who's set to be a FA and earn 10-12 annually

I like the return for Indy and Memphis
Adams can do for Indy what Turner did and we can use a SF
Turner would be better in offence playing next to Morant, Bane and JJJ.
