Dallas can certainly use someone who can score down low but I think it's risky trading a 1st of any kind for him. Don't think he's a smart or winning player.

That's a heckuva trade by the Mavs. Dalcon must be happy right now. Wood gives Doncic the P&R partner he solely needed.

Nightcap, can’t really judge that since he’s been playing for nothing but the worst teams in the league. They got him for supper cheap. Players that never played and a late 1st. Late 1st players are hardly ready to play day 1 which the Mavs need and are 50/ 50 to even be good rotation players (being generous on that % more like 30% to be rotation players) . Getting a good young starting center that can score all 3 levels and rebound well for that price is a ++++.
