Boston:D Mitchell
Knicks: J Brown
Charlotte: Randle
Jazz: Bridges+Boucknight+ 1rnd pick Den 23+ 1rnd pick Det 23+ 1rnd pick Dal 23+ 1rnd pick Knicks 23+ 1rnd pick Was 23

Boston:
Brown is a better allroundplayer, but Mitchell seems a better fit to me. Boston has the players to cover Mitchell's defense and Mitchell would make their offence better. Brown will become a free agent in 2024 and Boston seems to hesitate giving him a max contract. Mitchell has a four year contract.

C:R Williams/ horford
Pf:Gallinari/G Williams
SF:Tatum/Smart
Sg:D Mitchell/White
PG:Brogdon/Pritchard

Brown would be a great fit for the Knicks. He would make them better on both sides off the floor and he could be the leader of that team.
C:Robinson
Pf:Toppin
Sf:J Brown
SG:Barrett
Pg:Brunson

Bridges is burned in charlotte, Randle would be a solid replacement.

The Jazz would have 8 first round picks in 2023, this should give them the assets to trade/draft the players they want to start a rebuilt. They have the time to develop boucknight and Bridges is a bonus if he don't get convicted.

Why do you think Boston wouldn't give Brown his max?

23 Aug 2022 13:12:23
it's an assumption, because their are rumors

Brown will make 165.2 million starting with 36,9 million if he sign the extention next year, but he will make 42 million or 187 million in four years if he becomes a free agent in 2024 and that's with a conservative projection (real GM) for the salarycap in 2024. There's a big chance the cap will go higher.

So J Brown better aims for free agency in 2024 and there's always a risk losing a player in free agency.
Brown and Tatum are similar players and it could be that J Brown wants to be the main guy, without a player blocking him. And there would be teams with capspace in 2024, if the cap go's up.

This is also the reason the Nets didn't take the J Brown+ White+ 1 pick offer, because Brown can leave for free in two years if the Nets sucks.

Not sure the numbers work as Bridges is still an unsigned RFA who may miss this upcoming season. How much is Utah signing him for as a S&T? Only half that number is used in S&T trades.

I'm not sure the Jazz want that many first rounders in the same year. It doesn't make sense for them, they'd rather acquire picks that are different years.
