If they added Sharpe, it would be with zero firsts or without Simons. I wouldn’t give up all of Simons, Sharpe, and multiple firsts for Siakam. But I’d love to get Siakam.

Siakam is a 2 time AllNBA player. if Toronto trades him it will be for a Gobert/ Mitchell kind of package. doesn't matter what any of us think Siakam's value is, Masai is not trading him unless he gets an incredible haul.

The Gobert trade is a horrible comparison because it’s viewed as one of the worst deals in league history. No one is paying that much for Siakam. Mitchell is waaaaaaaaaaaaay more valuable than Siakam.

If Toronto wants to muddle in mediocrity, that’s fine. If they want to make changes, they have to live in the real world.
