Okafor Trade Ideas? I'm a Philly fan and want him out of town.

If you're dealing Noel for Teague, there's no need to deal Okafor for number 3 if the plan was to select Dunn, which has been rumoured.

I don't necessarily deal Okafor if Noel is gone. I don't believe you can rely on Embiid to play starters minutes this season. I think you keep Okafor one more year and develop Embiid slowly if you deal Noel away.

Probably a good idea. Embiid could be one of the best guys in the league but and its a big but we don't know if he can even stay healthy yet. I just don't like Okafor not only for his lack of defense, but I feel like he's a team cancer in philly. I don't see him being their "guy" or team leader. Embiid is there guy. Well for now, whoever they pick first should be their new "guy. " If possibly I would rather trade Okafor than Noel but Noel has more value in my opinion.

What makes you think he's a team cancer? The speeding ticket, or the fight with the immature hecklers?

Why don't the 76ers trade Okafor to Lakers for #2 pick and draft Dunn

Or to Boston for #3 and draft Dunn

You get rid of Okafor and get the best young point guard in this draft.

Wait, so going 110 on a bridge where the limit is 35-45 isn't a big deal? fighting immature hecklers? he will be heckled his entire career. Deal with it.

The reason he could be a cancer is because he was the "star" of the team, he turned into a record breaking black hole on offense, zero defense, and the team turned out one of the top 5 worst records in the history of the sport.

He likely isn't a cancer. but its not beyond the rhelm of possibility.

Mike- like I already said, he's 19-20 years old. Mistakes happen at that age and you learn from them. Please don't tell me that you've never sped or gotten into an altercation. There's nothing else to my knowledge that indicates him to be a "cancer"/ bad guy in any way.

Black hole on offense? Disagree, but even if he was, who's he passing it to?
