Riiiiight, the Kings could probably get williams for a supremely protected 2nd round pick 5 years from now. Why again do they instead give up a 1st round prospect?

I mean when you consider where Skal was drafted I guess it isn't bad but when you look at where Kings are in terms of contending it doesn't really matter if they have too many big guys since they don't have enough talent or a functional enough front office to compete. Louis Williams would help them win a few more games but he doesn't make them a playoff team. It makes a lot more sense for them to take a chance on Labissiere and hope he becomes something great then going with Williams who is a good piece on a good team but isn't a game changer on a team like the Kings.

Lou Williams is terrible. Laker fans do know this right?
