Last night really showed that the Simmons-Embiid pairing is holding both players back.

Would Philly move Embiid?

Kings send Barnes, Hield and protected future 1st rounder?

I think Philly riots if Embiid gets traded. The only way I could see it is if it is like a Brandon Roy situation where they know Embiid only has a few years left or something.

If I was running phili, I’d strongly consider it. I don’t think his body is going to last more than maybe a few more years.

Portland trainers rehabbed B. Roy incorrectly, so that wasn't as telegraphed as it seems. Embid needs a surgery of some kind, weight loss maybe in the off season. Top center in the league when healthy, so hield, Barnes, protected 1st.

They’re not trading Embiid any time soon. There isn’t a player alive that could change that.
