OKC gets Jabari Parker

ATL gets Andre Roberson, 2020 Denver 1st

OKC gets an upgrade for the bench. Parker has played pretty well this year, but he'd be an even better fit next to someone like Noel with that bench unit. They get under the luxury tax.

ATL has a little cap left and use it to embrace the fact that they are at the bottom in the East. They can use the pick to get better next year or add to a trade this summer.

Are you just posting this to offset all the 1 sided trades ideas favoring OKC. Because I don't anybody else would give 1st for Parker on 1 knee.

shizzee, here's what I know:

-OKC sits $2M over the cap. They made it clear over the past year and a half they wanted to get under.
-This gets them under the cap AND allows them to work the buyout market.
-That Denver pick won't be amazing.
-Plenty of people post one sided ideas for the teams they favor.
-Plenty of people bash me, and I am trying to find more reasonable ideas.

Got to admit. I'm questioning if Rose is really worth a first. If Parker can get one I really fear how many Rose would cost.
(to be clear. I expect Rose will fetch one. just not sure if I think my Raptors should be the team to give it to them)

I agree with two things:
1. Nobody else would give a first for parker on 1 knee
2. Too many people unnecessarily bash ChurchPugh. I read this page a lot but rarely post. Nobody takes more hits in the comments than this guy and for what. He's just trying to have fun making fake trades like the rest of us.
